Working under the guidance of the People & Culture Manager, you will manage a varied caseload, help resolve concerns in a timely and fair way, and balance the needs of employees and the organisation.You will help turn tense conversations into constructive outcomes. Your work will include drafting position descriptions and clear correspondence, supporting workplace investigations with procedural fairness, and helping people leaders build confident, people centred practices. You will also contribute to policy and process improvements, facilitate learning with stakeholders, with occasional travel to remote communities to work with our regional and ranger teams.What you will bringYou are a thoughtful HR practitioner who can listen carefully, handle sensitive information with discretion and give practical advice when interests differ.
